Allianz has been ranked in LinkedIn's Top 25 most sought after organisations to work for in Germany.

The list is based on billions of actions taken by 500 million users on LinkedIn. Job application, Engagement and Retention are among the top actions taken by the platform's users.

A spokesperson from LinkedIn said: "The companies that are on this list represent those that are most in-demand, those that have figured out how to attract top talent and then keep them."
