When more shots are fired at a subsequent emergency call, Gail and Oliver realize that 15 Division is being targeted by someone out for revenge. While the squad runs through potential suspects, trying to serve and protect, Oliver comes face to face with the shooter in a gut-wrenching moment.

From Season 4 Episode 12 "Under Fire": While responding to a 911 call in a park, Chloe and Andy are ambushed and Chloe is shot in the neck. Later, Gail and Oliver respond to another call, which turned out to be a second ambush; they realize a hit has been put out on 15 Division. At the hospital, Dov finds out about Chloe's past, while Oliver is kidnapped by the shooter.
