The Winery Dogs consist of Guitarist and Lead Vocalist, Richie Kotzen, who played with Poison, Mr. Big, Greg Howe, and Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden, along with having an extensive solo career, flawlessly plays the guitar at top level.

The Winery Dogs also consists of Bassist and Backing Vocals, Billy Sheehan, who founded the band Talas, and has played with Greg Howe, Mr. Big, Sons Of Apollo, and David Lee Roth , as well as having a solo career. Billy plays the bass like a guitar, finger tapping his way through blistery solos.

Last but not least, The Winery Dogs also consists of Mike Portnoy on Drums and Backing Vocals. Mike Portnoy is the co-founder of the band Dream Theater, and has played with an endless list of bands and artists such as Avenged Sevenfold, Neal Morse, Adrenaline Mob, Sons Of Apollo, Twisted Sister, Liquid Tension Experiment, Transatlantic, Flying Colors, and part of Metal Allegiance. When it comes to Drummers, Mike Portnoy is at the top of the list!
