Here we explore a mindfulness style meditation for working with our core stuck patterns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, restlessness, dissociation, emotional numbness or lack of emotion, rigidity, and apathy. These experiences aren't fun and as a result we habitually avoid them, becoming more contracted and dissociated and keeping them stuck.

This practice explores techniques for having a more complete experience of what we chronically avoid, and in the process creating more possibility for deep change.

This is a style of mindfulness meditation meant to develop more clarity with our somatic experience and then validate and allow ourselves to feel, becoming more equanimous and embodied and able to process feelings we've been dissociating from.

This is a meditation that is leading us to a place of inner freedom. To become free we must first truly see where and why we are stuck. Seeing these things more clearly without judgment allows us to become more and more free from our patterns. This is what the meditative path is all about.
