What does science have to say about all the claimed benefits of meditation? Spoiler alert: scientifically validated main benefits include:
- Decreased stress
- Reduced symptoms associated with depression, pain…
- Improved focus and attention
- Overall better quality of life

The neuroscientific research of mindfulness and meditation overall is in its infancy.
However, there is already SO much information, which I, unfortunately, cannot talk about in-depth in just one video.
