My husband's favorite breakfast. Fast, easy and very tasty!
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
Toast bread 4 pieces
2-3 eggs
4 sausages
4 slices of melted cheese
Ketchup, Mustard
salt

1. Cut the core into the toast to create a border.
2. Roll out the remaining squares with a rolling pin.
3. Cut sausages into cups.
4. Slice sausages.
5. Beat the eggs with salt and add to a sauce for convenience.
6. Preheat the oil and add the frames to the pan.
7. Put the sausages inside.
8. Carefully pour in the beaten eggs.
9. Boil 2 minutes (you can be under the lid).
10. Cover with melted cheese slices.
11. Drizzle with mustard and ketchup.
12. Cover with bread squares.
13. Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.
