As the successor to the CBR1000RR, the 2020 CBR1000RR-R FIREBLADE is the first full model change since 2008.
The name of the bike has been changed to RR-R (pronounced "R-R-R"), and the engine, which is a completely new design with the same bore and stroke as the MotoGP machine, delivers 218ps. The frame and electronic control system have been completely redesigned to properly transfer the massive power to the road. The cowling is now equipped with winglets.
Nemoken and Hikaru Miyagi test rode the CBR1000RR-R at Twin Ring Motegi.
