大家好 这一期和大家分享一道我之前在酒店学到的菜肴
蒙古鸡 Mongolian Chicken 希望大家会喜欢

材料 :
全腿肉 1 只 斩件 清洗干净
腌制 : 盐 ,胡椒粉 ,木薯粉 抓匀

材料 2 :
荷兰葱 1/2 粒
青红椒各一条
蘑菇 4 粒

咖喱叶 适量
小辣椒 1条

蒜米 2 粒
黑椒 3克

酱料调味:
酸梅酱 2 汤匙
番茄酱 3 汤匙
糖 2 茶匙
盐 1 茶匙
黄油 1 汤匙
淡奶 50克


Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Chicken drumstick x1 cut smaller pieces. Wash and pat dry. Marinate with 1/2tsp salt, little salt and rub. Then add 1tbsp tapioca flour and mix well. Set aside
2. Black pepper 3g pound and set aside
3. Half yellow onion, cut thicker slice
4. Green and red chilli 1pc each, remove seeds and cut thicker slice
5. Button mushroom 4pcs cut slices
6. Garlic 2 cloves minced
7. Curry leaves 2-3 stalks
8. Chilli padi 1pc cut diced
9. Butter 1tbsp
10. Tapioca flour 5tbsp

Sauce
1. Plum sauce 2tbsp
2. Tomato sauce 3tbsp
3. Sugar 2tbsp
4. Salt 1/2tsp
5. Carnation evaporated creamer 50g

Method
1. Mix sauce ingredients 1-4 in a bowl
2. Heat wok with more oil. Coat the chicken with 5tbsp tapioca flour and deep fry in the oil. Drain and sieve the oil. Increase the oil temp and re-fry till golden brown. Set aside
3. Stir fry the yellow onion, red and green chilli till fragrant. Set aside
4. Add butter and once melt, add garlic and stir till fragrant. Add black pepper and mix well. Then add sauce and mix well
5. Add curry leaves and chilli padi, followed by carnation creamer. Once boil, add button mushrooms and mix well. Lastly add chicken and step (3) ingredients and mix well
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
