Make your life a little easier when drilling thin wood pieces by making a 90 degree drill press jig. This jig is easy to make and does a great job of securing your wood pieces at that perfect 90 degree angle. All you need is a few scrap pieces of 3/4 plywood, some wood glue, and a few screws. I used my pocket hole jig to put this drill press jig together. Great jig to use if you like using wood plugs for securing joints.
