Our latest production has taken us to the Rhineland with Ausherzspiel.
Where the FC is usually granted the big stage, all eyes are on the Viktoria in the late summer of 2022. With the FC Bayern Munich, the record champion visits for the first round of the DFB Cup. We were allowed to accompany the team around coach Olaf Jansen for 9 days and got a feel for the club and the Schäl Sick, the supposedly worse side of the Rhine.

We quickly realized that the club is more than the match against the great FCB.
Through Marcel Risse (captain), Claudia Stier (coach), Luca de Meester (junior player), Franz Wunderlich (sports director), Dieter Flothen (alumni council) and Christian Wollmerath (fan), we were allowed to gain a glimpse inside the third league club.

Ausherzspiel is the most personal side of professional football.
