All this time later I finally found another way to get the glitch menu on console. This method uses the same item used in the PCSX2 method I uploaded a couple years ago, but instead of pressing just Right & X at the same time, I also press R1 at the same time as well to grab the item without the game ever displaying the glitched inventory that freezes the game. This method currently works on all consoles and emulators.

This only works in the American version of the game.
