Within seconds, both engines begin emitting a series of rapid-fire booming noises, smoke begins filtering through the cabin, and less than two minutes later, both engines fail. As the pilots try restarting them, the left engine erupts in flames. 3,000 feet above the ground, the plane is out of power and falling from the sky.

Are you able to work out what went wrong with this air disaster?

From Season 10 Episode 3 "Pilot Betrayed": December 27th, 1991 — Preparing for an early morning flight to Copenhagen, Scandinavian Airlines Flight #751 is mired in snow and slush at Stockholm airport. Ground crews de-ice the plane twice to ensure it’s safe for take-off. Despite the winter conditions, the aircraft takes off smoothly.

Gliding over a dense forest, the captain manages to land the plane in a small clearing. The fuselage breaks into three pieces on impact but all 129 people on board survive. It is the worst aviation disaster in Sweden’s history, and investigators begin combing through the wreckage to determine what went wrong.
