I recently purchased (bought back) my original MPC 2000XL from 2003 and I have to say, It has been a joy to work on it again after all of these years. Since 2021, starting with my MPC 4000, I've exclusively gone back to using my hardware for many of my music productions.

I've completely restored the unit and added all modification upgrades that it could take ( new screen, 8 Outs card, EB16 fx card, New Top Button Control PCB Board etc...) and in this video I talk about some things regarding the unit and if It is still relevant to use in today's music production landscape.
