This is the time of the year ... late April - early May, when clusters of galaxies are available to view in the night skies and you can see them with a small to medium-sized telescope. Let's take a tour of the Markarian chain of galaxies and the great Hercules cluster of galaxies from the heavenly backyard. Being May 1, in astronomy, this is also known as a cross-quarter day. There are 4 of them. I have more information about them. Also, the garden is beginning to bloom and is looking great. I have a brief tour of the heavenly backyard garden at the end of the video.
