Winter foraging for wild mushrooms in the UK. Winter is a time of year when there are fewer edible fungi around, however, there are still some great wild foods to be looking out for.

The mushrooms in this video are all easy to ID with the exception of the velvet shank which could be confused for the funeral bell if the novice forager isn't aware of it.
