Let's be creative and try something a little bit challenging! This coloring page is from my new coloring book Victorian Grace and the lady on the image seems to be dreaming about sea adventures... maybe she desires to be a mermaid! So, why not help her? :)
This video shows the process of creating the fish skin effect with scales and coloring the veil with colors of a shallow tropical sea where you see the sunbeams penetrating the water surface.

I printed the coloring page on a white 180gsm paper and used my Prismacolor premier colored pencils. You can use any colored pencils brand and choose similar colors if you want to follow this coloring inspiration.
I wanted to keep the video short, so I started recording after the skin and face was already colored (there is a separate tutorial on how to color skin here:    • Skin and Hair coloring with colored p...   or here:    • Coloring of skin - grey scale colorin...  ).

When I was finished with coloring the image, I drew a few fish on the background to emphasize the sea feeling. I hope you enjoy watching the video and that you try this inspiration in your coloring.
