I’m making this a special AESPA since they released so many clips ahead of the actual comeback and I have to say… as of now, I even prefer the b-tracks to the comeback song?! Then again, it’s become a normal recurring thing with them: their songs, most of the time, have to grow on me. It’s a lot to take in at first, this one most specifically was a lot! But since because it’s done in the AESPA fashion, what were we expecting? I know some people were curious whether this song would follow their usual sound or not since the concept seemed a lot more summer song. And I’m happy to see that even though this is a summery song concept, they still kept this very on brand! I said that they’re regular stuff would be a regular coke, that still has a punch, flavourful etc but this comeback is the cherry coke because it still has all the quality of a regular coke but this one has a bit more sweetness to it? It might be off putting at first but once you get used to it, you start enjoying it a lot more? And that’s what I think will be happening here. This song has high potential to grow on me a lot! Though I can say already that this won’t become my favourite and I’m fine with it tbh!
This song and MV really was a Regina George and High school Musical in Kwangya nsnsnsn Karina giving major Barbie vibes and when the girls all had different colours that really reminded me of the power puff girls and I LOVED it! Anyway, I adored the diversity they showed in all the released they have here, there’s bound to be something for everyone!
