1 onion (diced)
6-7 cloves of chopped garlic
Half cup of chopped celery
8-12 ounces of oyster mushrooms chopped
Half a pound of ground beef (more or less as desired)
Puréed tomatoes (3 fresh tomatoes) or canned tomatoes
Tomato paste (6 ounce can)
Garlic seasoning, black pepper (1 table spoon)
Salt as desired
Olive oil for sautéing
Fresh chopped basil
Angel hair pasta
Sauté onion, garlic and celery root until light golden color achieved add your ground beef and sauté until cooked. Add mushrooms, sauté for additional 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, puréed tomatoes, seasoning and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese of your choice and sprinkle fresh basil. Bon Appetite!
