The facility is equipped with the latest machining facilities like CNC 3-axis Turning centers, CNC 4-axis milling center, Center Lathe Machines, Deep Hole Drilling, Boring & Honing Machines enabling the Company to meet its production target. Design Department is equipped with CAD and Pro-E facilities and has on rolls qualified & experienced engineers and has been engaged in the development of new products as required in the market place.


WELLCARE has furnished Downhole tools in several metallurgical configurations for service in different geologies, indigenous as well as international Companies. WELLCARE offers services of qualified and experienced engineers for customer training, running & redressing of it's manufactured & supplied products in On-Shore and Off-Shore Oil & Gas Wells.


With continuous improvement in the field of Downhole tool equipment and consistent efforts over the decade, manufacturing of heavy duty products and its testing equipments is possible today. As a result of expansion, we started another division of WELLCARE named “Wellcare Oil Tools Unit-II Pvt. Ltd.”


In addition to the two dedicated manufacturing facilities a separate facility in the name of Wellcare Downhole Tools Pvt. Ltd. Is established for the production of elastomers, seals and centralizers. All industry standard grades of elastomers are being manufactured in house at Wellcare Downhole Tools Pvt. Ltd.

Wellcare Downhole Tool Pvt. Ltd. is dedicatedly engaged in the manufacturing of elastomer products and centralizer. We also manufacture customized dies to maintain high end capacity of elastomer. Wellcare Downhole Tool is manufacturing one of the best quality elastomers.


Wellcare Downhole Tool Polymer Engineering has been supplying high performance seals, o-rings and custom molded rubber components. Our specialized elastomer grades are tailored to provide high sealing efficiency for systems operating in the most inhospitable environments in the world, resistant to explosive decompression, sour gas, extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals etc.
