Ingredients for custard paste (卡士达酱):
2 egg yolks (蛋黄)
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
125ml milk (鲜奶)
30g (3 tbsp) plain flour (普通面粉)

*Leave to cool and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before using.
*待冷收入冰箱冷藏一个小时,即可使用。

Bread dough (面包团):
500g (3 2/3 cups) bread flour (面包粉/高筋面粉)
3 tbsp milk powder (奶粉)
8g (2 tsp) instant yeast (即溶干酵母)
50g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 egg (鸡蛋)
150ml water(水)
Custard paste (卡士达酱)

60g butter(牛油)
