Honey butter fried chicken.

- 500 gram chickenbreast without bone
- 4 tablespoon honey,
- 1/2 onion,
- 2 garlic,
- 1 spring onion,
sauce:
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon worcester sauce,
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce,
- 2 tablespoon butter,
- 1/2 lemon,
salt, sugar, white ground pepper and water.
