Hi Lovelies,
it is rhubarb season and I am really excited to share my easy to make homemade rhubarb syrup recipes with you! It's fruity, sweet, and incredibly refreshing - just perfect for spring and summer! :) You can mix the finished syrup with sparkling water or use it for mocktails and cocktails. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
(2 x 200ml bottles)
900 g rhubarb
225 g sugar
225 g water
1 vanilla pod
Follow the preparation instructions in the video.
Stored in the refrigerator, the syrup will last for about 2 weeks. Alternatively, the syrup can be frozen in ice cube trays.
