Don’t let the back pain, arthritis, and other aches and pains keep you from moving. 😋
I turned 58 this month, and while I don't think I'll actually turn back the clock (and not really sure I'd want to if I could), maybe I can slow it down a bit.
And by the way, when I first wake up and head down the stairs, my joints and lower back feel like I'm 95. After a workout like this, I feel like I'm 25. So keep moving! :-)
