The third day of my Gila County Special takes me off the Mogollon Rim and onto the scenic Globe to Young Highway. The change of scenery leads me to Young, Arizona -- home to the Pleasant Valley War, also called the Tonto Basin War -- which was the bloodiest range war in Arizona history. I'll explore the history of the area and continue my push south, into the remote wilderness of the Sierra Ancha Mountain Range.
