Check out the latest Linux Mint 22 beta release with some nice updates for average users. See what's new and improved in this upcoming version of Linux Mint! I've tried the latest Ubuntu Cinnamon, MX Linux and other Linux distros, but I don't think there's anything better than Linux Mint. This beta release improves on what is already a great Linux desktop. One of the nicest updates is the flatpack warning which you can switch on or off, it's an extra level of security when installing new software. Look for the stable release of this version sometime soon, whenever the Linux Mint team decides to get it out.
