Watch what happens when we bring a new bull on the farm! We brought in a new Irish Dexter bull, Big Jake, to stay with our herd of Dexter breeding dams with their suckling offspring. Our geriatric breeding bull, Hollister, is being moved to the steer pastures for a December butcher. Big Jake is with us at least through Spring 2024 to cover the cows that come into heat during that time.

All our Irish Dexter cattle are non-chondro, registered animals. Our breeders are all polled though some of the grow-out steers are horned.
