This one thing has helped me so much in my day to day! WHITEBOARDS. Let me explain. Growing up and especially in high school I was never really a great student. I would always procrastinate and I never turned anything in on time. But, recently I have discovered that giving myself a deadline to get things done has made me more effective. That mixed with a consequence of not caring out the task (such as no coffee for a week) has been very helpful for me. But, even more effective has been the use of whiteboards. I write everything I am thinking, have planned, or would like to do in the future on a whiteboard so it is always there for me to remember. I hope you enjoy!
