Yeah, sorry it took so long to get around to sharing the footage of my latest fursuit dance. I've been waiting for someone in charge to upload the footage of us all dancing at FTM but they seem to have been waylaid. Thankfully, my friend, Royce, was in the audience and recorded both the whole dance and almost all of JD Puppy's post-dance comments. So, at least for now, here's my FTM dance with the added bonus of a meebish walrus cheering me on 🙂

I've wanted to do a slow jazz-dance pretty much for as long as I've been dancing in fursuit, but I’ve always feared it might be just too different – I didn't want to end a routine to hear everyone give awkward "do we cheer after this?" claps. After coming in second place at last year’s FTM dance comp, after five very energetic routines that have all left me breathless, I finally decided that this was the year.

Honestly, with only a few mistakes in my performance (and some wardrobe malfunctions I need to tend to before the next fursuit outing), this is probably my favourite routine so far. I don’t care that I didn’t get in the top 3 or an honourable mention – as nice and appreciated as those would have been to receive, hearing JD say such wonderful things about my dance and the love and support I got from both close friends and fellow competitors, were what made it all worthwhile.
