✅DIET:
DAY 1
BREAKFAST: 1 slice of whole wheat toast with fresh cheese (requezón, table) + 1 apple + 1 cup of coffee. vere or black tea.
FOOD: 1 moderate serving of beef (90gr) + vegetables + 1/2 banana or a cup of light vanilla ice cream (carafe and if there is no cream 340gr).
DINNER: 1 whole wheat toast with a can of tuna + a cup of coffee or tea.

DAY 2
BREAKFAST: 1 slice whole wheat toast + 1 boiled egg + 1/2 banana + 1 cup of coffee or tea.
FOOD: 1 moderate portion of chicken (85 gr) + vegetables + 1 apple tree or half a cup of light vanilla ice cream, jug or milk if you can't find it.
DINNER: 1 toast or 5 habanera cookies + 1 cup of fresh cheese (table, cottage cheese).

DAY 3
BREAKFAST: 1 slice of whole wheat toast + 1 spoon of peanut butter + 1 orange + 1 cup of coffee or tea
FOOD: 1 can of tuna (fresh tuna slice) + vegetables + 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup of light vanilla ice cream.
DINNER: 1 slice of whole wheat toast or 5 habanera cookies + 1 boiled egg.
BETWEEN MEALS: Green tea, black tea or coffee with ginger, lots of water and a slice of pineapple (half at noon, half in the afternoon if you are hungry).
If you eat salad: the lemon juice and salt can help you add flavor.
Do not modify the diet. The 4 free days are moderate free. I recommend starting on Mondays and having Thursday to Sunday off.
You can repeat it for 4 weeks, rest and start again.
