Ingredients:
250 g tomatoes
1 ball of mozzarella (125 g)
½ pack of rocket (approx. 70 g) or Mediterranean mix, more if you like
Approx. 20 g pine nuts - optional (alternatively walnuts, etc.)
2-3 tablespoons oil (I use olive oil)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
Approx. 1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
