This is a review of the 2023 DVD of Disney and Pixar’s “Elemental.” The film stars the voice talents of Leah Lewis, Mamadou Athie, Ronnie Del Carmen, Wendi McClonden-Covey and Catherine O’hara. Try film takes place in a futuristic-style city called “Element City.” This city is inhabited by four major elements - water, earth, air and fire. The citizens of Element City are very discriminatory toward Firish Immigrants, and two of these Fire Elements - a man named Bernie and a woman named Cinder - have a daughter named Ember who often loses her temper and wonders when she will take over her father’s “Lava Java” coffee house. One day, a city inspector named Wade who is made out of water, flows into Ember’s basement after Ember explodes with Anger. Wade then runs to the Element City Hall with Ember literally right we his tale. The next day Ember and Wade go to an arena where they watch an air all game. Wades boss is there and she is not happy due to the large deficit the team has. Then Ember strikes a deal with Wade’s boss who says that the tickets will be removed if they find a leaky pipe and get a builder to help fix it by Friday. If not the shop will get torn apart.
