Follow along with this quick 7 minute kettlebell workout that strengthens the core and legs. This class features a killer combo of A Turn Handoffs paired with Squats. A Turn Handoffs work your arms, core, balance, and coordination while Squats improve leg strength. 🙌

The only equipment you need for this workout is one light to moderate weight kettlebell. In this video, I'm using a 4kg competition kettlebell by @KettlebellKingsAustin .

First, we'll warm up with Pelvic Tilts.

Then we'll do 2 sets of:
A Turn Handoff (neutral short stagger) 5 per side + 5 Squats on the last rep

Lastly, we'll cool down with a Handcuff stretch and nasal belly breathing, to regulate your heart rate and bring your nervous system back to the parasympathetic state so you can recover and be ready for your next workout.
