Earlier this month, we had our Baby Sprinkle where my mom and I created this giant DIY Ice Cream cones that are just so stinkin' cute and fun!

"INGREDIENTS":
1 large party hat
2 Styrofoam rounds
coffee filters
printer paper ~3 sheets
brown craft paper
brown crayon
pen
post its
food or fabric dye (color depending on ice cream flavor)
12" balloon
craft glue
hot glue/glue gun
scissors
xacto knife
bowl
water
gloves
