As a teenager I had the privilege of having guitar lessons from one of Australia's great jazz players, George Golla. I still remember those intimate lounge room sessions where George and Don Andrews would play for students of the Academy of Guitar, wow! Hearing those two cool cats trading licks and having fun really opened my mind to jazz and introduced me to the wonderful world of jazz guitar. Thank you!
