What motivates youths in their careers? What does success look like to them?

In this video, we ask youths working in various industries to share their thoughts about work. From a food delivery rider and a healthcare worker to those working in tech and banking, they discuss a range of concerns, such as the need for work-life balance, having meaning in the work they do and the changing job market.

Cai Yinzhou, Director of Citizens Adventure and an eldercare worker, reflects on his career trajectory and experience balancing his two roles.

Ong Hua Han, advocate for persons with disabilities and nominated member of parliament, also extends his insights on how both employers and employees with disabilities can work together in creating a fair and productive workplace.
