Repair scuffs and gouges in Tolex, Rexine, and vintage vinyl cloth using super glue, baking soda, and Rub 'n Restore® water-based leather and vinyl paint. This method is also great for repairing gouges in plastic, fiberglass, and even leather steering wheels.
