This nice young family just moved into the area and purchased this beautiful home. Two weeks after closing and moving in we got a two inch rainfall. The seller told them that they had fixed the yard water problems with grading and installing three FloWells. The 3 flowells couldn't handle this amount of rainfall. After measuring he had over a thousand gallons of standing water. We mitigated this issue by installing an appropriately sized chambered dry well - seepage trench - soak pit - recharge system using infiltrator chambers and new yard grading. They previously had standing water for a week, or more. Now the water is gone within 24 hrs.
