Polycystic Ovarian Disease || PCOD || Ultrasound || Case 43
Clinical Features:
20 years old married female patient came with the history of:
- Subfertility
- Irregular scanty menstruation
- Obesity
- Hirsutism
Ultrasound Findings:
- Bilateral enlarged ovaries
- Multiple tiny cystic follicles, more than 8, at peripheral parts of both ovaries forming 'Pearl-String appearance'
