Please excuse the goofy commentary.The long gone approach lit wayside signals always gave a heightened sense of anticipation as a train approached. Which direction the train was coming was always a guess, as shown in the opening scene. Not the best video quality as this is 8mm video copied to a VHS tape and then digitized. This particular VHS tape had major tracking problems. It came back from the company that initially digitized it unacceptable, with static distortion on half the screen. I digitized it with a home kit, and that was after several recording attempts as I was lucky to get a some what acceptable capture. Line up summary to come.
