This is the continuation of my AH26 Cagayan - Ilocos Norte Joyride Passing the AH26 we now reach Pagudpud Ilocos Norte, took some break near Patapat Viaduct. This video covers the Patapat Viaduct all the way to the boundary arch of Pagudpud. It was a rainy afternoon drive as we are headed to Laoag.
