Hamburgers and Fries on the Blackstone Griddle

We are finally back home and on the Blackstone!! Today we are cooking up a quick but delicious meal, Burgers and Fries on the Blackstone Griddle. This is the very first time we have cooked Fries on the Blackstone and they turned out great, I was really impressed at how good they are. The burgers ALWAYS turn out so good on the Blackstone that it wasn't even a question. Be sure to rty something as simple as this and let us know what you think.
