🔔 Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) saury stew. (1T=rice spoon)
1 can of saury (400g), 200g of Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu), 1T (10g) of red pepper powder, 1/3T (5g) of minced ginger, 5T of soy sauce, 6T of mirin, 50ml of water, 1T of corn syrup, 1T of sesame oil.

✨ Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) saury stew. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Clean the washed Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu).
2. Strain the can of saury. 3. Add 1T (10g) of red pepper powder, 1/3T (5g) of minced ginger, 5T of soy sauce, 6T of mirin, 50ml of water, and 1T of corn syrup to the pan.
4. Turn on high heat and boil the seasoning while mixing.
5. When the seasoning boils, add saury.
6. Boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds, occasionally adding broth.
7. Add shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu), mix, and boil for 1 minute.
8. Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Close the lid and leave on low heat for 2 minutes.
9. Mix well after 2 minutes.
10. Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1T of sesame oil.
