HONDA VTR FIRESTORM VACUUM LOCK ENGINE RUNNING ON ONE CYLINDER PROBLEM SOLVED in this video we have the effects of a faulty fuel cap breather causing the bike to stutter at high rpm and eventually cuts the engine.

The tank vent hose is not blocked it is the fuel cap itself I drill a hole in the cap to release the pressure to confirm this is the problem ....so a new fuel cap is needed
