This video shows how to open and replace the motor drive board for a Carro fan. While in this video, the replacement board is also 24v, the purpose of this video is to show the concept.

The actual ATX Board uses a different cable - so the green PCBA and gray cable we supply is used ( not shown in this video). After the ATX board is installed, operation is upgraded to 44 to 54 volts, and control of the motor is 0-10v.

Other models are similar, typically the green PCBA is visible directly without having to remove the metal case.
