In today's video We found an ELEVATOR in a CAVE - Emenski canyon and Krushun waterfalls - Mysteries of Bulgaria you will see some fabulous views over mother nature in a slightly different #vlog type episode where I show you #nature, fabulous #waterfalls and views to warm you up the heart. Get ready for some soul food. Actually, get some #food or order takeout because this episode is a little longer than usual, but it's still very interesting. Our #bulgaria is full of interesting natural phenomena, and not only that, we have so much #culture and #history that I want to show you. You know that at #theclashers, apart from #science and #education topics, we also love to #travel and show you new places in incredible detail for you to enjoy.

The good thing is that in today's video, not only the goal is interesting, but also the path to it. However, in order to get to the pleasant part, we will first enter one of the deepest #caves in Bulgaria and find out what kind of buildings are there. Our journey today will not end here. Then we head to the most famous helmet - Krushun waterfalls.

At the very beginning of the walk, we reach the famous Emenska cave, which is one of the longest and deepest in Bulgaria. There is a concrete staircase and railing next to it, which does not sit very naturally, but in the end it makes access easier. Over the years, people looked for mushrooms in it, let cheese ripen, hid military equipment, and finally it became a restaurant. In general - they used it for food, there is also a dairy on top. Today there is no sign of these activities, except of course the remains of concrete and bricks further inland.

Momin Skok waterfall is really sheltered and surrounded on 3 sides by sheer cliffs. Its waters fall into a well-shaped semi-circular pool, above which has ominously overhanging canopies left by millennia of erosion. The waterfall itself is 10 meters high, which is not much, but at high tide it is quite strong and noisy. Around the river it is really like a hidden paradise - just like an oasis among high rocks. Getting here we can say that all the efforts are worth it. The path is not easy, especially if you are carrying camera equipment, but we managed.

The location of Krushun waterfalls in a karst region has given them a chance to become the largest cascade of this type in Bulgaria. The interesting bluish color of the water is due to the limestone deposits in the rocks. It descends on small terraces like jumping vessels and goes down pulled by gravity. The waters spring from a cave located in the upper part and pass through several higher waterfalls, including the secret one and the green one. Of course, small ponds are also formed along the stream, in which the color becomes even more saturated.

Overall, the feeling Krushun Falls can leave you with is that of some #exotic Hawaiian island. Of course, a lot depends on what time of the year you visit them, because in winter you can also witness their wilder nature. Otherwise, in general, no matter what technique is used to photograph here, it cannot replace a live visit. If you have a way to the Hunting area, don't miss them. There are many more sites around, such as the Nevasha cave, for which I have also planned episodes. For now though, let's enjoy our last minutes and views here.
