In this video, I made a custom book case out of hornbeam wood.
I used a wooden hinge to connect the door to the body, but the first time it had a problem and the hinge broke.
Due to the small amount of wood board, I used 3 mm cut with a bandsaw and then pressed the sheets to 6 mm plywood to strengthen it.
Also, to hide the cross-section of wood and plywood, I created a crossroad in the edges. The wood used to decorate the edge of the box was wenge, which I sanded with a disk sander to prevent it from filling.
