We might not have hotels in the Sims 4, but I am continuing my Mexican plaza series with a hostel that sleeps up to 13 sims and that includes lots of shared areas such as a kitchen, a terrace with a bar, a laundry room, a TV room and a games room. Make sure to watch the third and final video in this series!

This lot functions as a marketplace, community garden or maker space, as well as a café or residential lot, so you can set it as whatever you want it to be!
