This is a menu that can be made quickly and easily with simple ingredients.
I made it by adding the filling and folding the potatoes like a tortilla.
You can change the filling by adding other vegetables (tomatoes, basil, avocado, etc.)
It's delicious just by adding eggs and cheese without adding any other ingredients.

- 1 Potato
- 1 Egg (+1 pinch of salt)
- A little salt
- Ground black pepper
- A handful of cabbage
- 1Tbsp Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese

✤ TIP
- There are 2 eggs in the video, but you only need 1 egg per potato.
