The current owner of this restored village house describes it as “idiosyncratic”, and the word sums it up perfectly. It has been an artist’s house, restored in 2006 and filled with creative touches including mosaic art works throughout: in the bathrooms, in the kitchen, inside and out. There are echoes of Greece in the pastel blue original wooden doors, and the patio garden and two roof terraces, scattered through the property, afford tantalising and far-reaching views over the surrounding landscapes.
