Making salve is so easy - and while making salve, make candles too!! I made a combo chickweed and plantain salve. Both are incredible for our skin. I chose chickweed especially for its healing properties (links below).

When making candles in plastic water bottles, you will know they are ready to remove from the bottles after they finish making crinkly sounds.
